The units are beautifully maintained, newly remodelled. The staff are extremely friendly and excellent, managed the parking onsite. The hotel is set in a stunning and wonderful location just off a beautiful art museum, both restaurants, and other far away souvenir shops.

The location was marvellous and stunning, next door to a bus station. Overall it was spacious with ample beds for everyone;))

Good service, though a few employees were not so friendly. The location was stunning to a different area for breakfast. Also, such main attraction as Fujiyama Art Museum was 3 km from this hotel.

Fabulous single room with a sleek design.

My room included central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television. The breakfast was sensational, very good with Mt Fuji view. The hotel's position was favourable and stunning, to Tokyo station from there.

The hotel was what I greatly enjoyed during the trip. The breakfast was complimentary and amazing and included. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and extremely polite. The location of the property was marvellous and beautiful, easy to get here from Tokyo through the highway bus with a direct stop right outside at the bus terminal.

We thoroughly enjoyed this great hotel and stayed here for 1 night. It was perfect, spacious and with king size bed. We had an electric kettle and a fridge in the room...

Very good staff and the room luxury with slippers and big bathroom, as example. Super, awesome location in the special area. Walking distance to souvenir stores and a grocery store across the street.

Sensational and very good breakfast — plenty of meals. Very welcoming, exceptional people working here. What a marvellous location to various key stations! Plus, 10 minutes drive from Fujiyama Art Museum.

Very clean and convenient. Bus from Shinjuku stops in front. Hotel offers shuttle bus throughout the day. Onsen and free ticket to nearby theme park included. Loved the complimentary macaroons and toiletries. Incredible view of Mount Fuji from room. Japanese restaurant had fantastic food. Convenient to transportation, amusement park, onsen, and great views. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Hotel has soundproof walls and double paned windows. Breakfast buffet and Macaroni Grill recommended.
